By accessing or using PartyBundle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PartyBundle is a mobile application that provides party games for entertainment purposes. The app includes various games with different content modes ranging from family-friendly to adult content.

3. Age Requirements

• Family Mode: Suitable for all ages
• Party Mode: Recommended for ages 13+
• Spicy Mode: For users 18 years or older
• No Limits Mode: For users 18 years or older

By selecting adult content modes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring content mode selection when devices are used by minors.

4. In-App Purchases

PartyBundle offers a one-time purchase to unlock all games and features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PartyBundle for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app
• Use the app in any way that could harm others
• Allow minors to access adult content modes

All content in PartyBundle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of PartyBundle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PartyBundle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartyBundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:
